This bright cylinder vase is hand-cast by the Japanese ceramic artist Yuta Segawa, using his signature brightly colored glazes. Color ways are consistent, but the glaze reaction in the kiln makes each indivudal vase slightly unique.
Segawa believes in the the significance of craftsmanship and beautiful possibilities created by handicrafts. He is best known for his miniature pots in vibrant hues, some as small as 3/4 inches.
This vase is made of glazed porcelain, hand-cast and hand glazed in his London studio.
