Paddle Song Wire Earrings
$64.95
These stunning Indienous-made earrings are crafted by Vina Brown of Copper Canoe Woman. This design was inspired by a 1700 ‘Nootka’ or properly known as Nuučaan̓uɫ war-club acquired by colonizer Captain Cook. A lot of thought, research, and effort goes into conceptualizing and creating cultural designs. This design was found in the book ‘A Wealth of Thought’ written by Franz Boas. These earrings pay homage to Vina's maternal Nuučaan̓uɫ and breath life back into this ancestral design, and for it to be worn in a modern way with a warrior spirit.
