Description

This eco-friendly tote pays homage to Preston Singletary’s Sun Mask glass sculptures. Singletary (b. 1963, San Francisco; lives in Seattle) is an internationally recognized glass artist of Tlíngit descent. He is widely regarded as a leader in both the worlds of Northwest Coast Native art and studio glass, and known for bringing a new material to an ancient tradition.

Eco-friendly, stylish, water resistant, this hard-working polyester bag is easy to care for and can be washed if it gets some dirt on it. Carry it in your hand or over your shoulder. This reusable bag is not just for the grocery store, it goes everywhere and hauls (practically) anything. Perfect for shopping, city trips and whenever you need a bag.

The Sun Mask image appears on both sides of the tote.

Material: 100% Polyester, Black cotton handles, Black lining

Measures 13 x 13 x 3 in. with a 14 in. handle drop.

Three of Singletary's works, Wolf Hat, 1998, Spirit Box, 2009 and Loon and the Blind Man, 2020, are in the permanent collection of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
