Free Shipping Promotion Rules

Free shipping applies to online orders only for orders shipping to destinations within the continental U.S.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 4 days after placing order. We ship using USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground based on package contents and weight. Most packages are arriving within 6-10 business days, with very few exceptions. 

*Some over-sized merchandise or bulk orders may not qualify. Pre-orders, furniture, rugs and special orders may not qualify. DIA Custom Prints are not eligible for free shipping.
