The design is taken from the Avery Coonley Playhouse in Riverside, Illinois (1912). With asymmetrical geometric designs and suggestions of flags, balloons, and confetti; the brightly colored windows bring to mind a parade. Since the playhouse was intended for children’s education and performances, this fun theme was entirely appropriate.
Each glass tumbler is printed and kiln fired with transparent jewel-like colors and features a weighted bottom.
