Developed in collaboration with the Detroit Institute of Arts Shop, the Detroit Collage Tea Towel was skillfully illustrated by artist Julie Boehmer. Creators Mary Lazarus and Lucy Pellizzer fell in love with souvenir tea towels when traveling throughout Europe and have since built a small industry making tea towels for U.S. destinations. The DIA Shop is honored to have been a part of bringing the "Detroit Tea Towel" to the market.
