Crowned cranes are stunning large birds, up to 3 feet tall. With those crowns of spiky feathers on their heads, they sure have a regal look about them. Use it on a shelf, desk or table top as a decorative accent.
Using the seedpods of the Ulumbu Tree (Sterculia rogersii), Zimbabwean artists have created these charming crowned cranes. Standing on hand twisted wire feet with putty beaks, they are hand-painted in the rich bright colors of each bird's plumage.
Measures approximately 5.5" H x 2" L x 2.5" W.
