This pocket-size metal hand crank music box is housed in a cardboard paper box which is printed on the outside with the image of Claude Monet's Nympheas Effet du Soir which he painted in 1898. Nympheas Effet du Soir is part of the Monet's Waterlilies paintings, a series of approximately 250 oil paintings which depict his flower garden at his home in Giverny, and were the main focus of his artistic production during the last thirty years of his life. Many of the works were painted while Monet suffered from cataracts.

Just turn the hand crank to hear the melody "The Four Seasons - Spring" by Vivaldi

This music box is mounted on a wooden resonance board for enhanced sound quality.

The cardboard box measures 2 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" plus a 1" handle.

Imported from Germany.

Great for both children and adults alike.
