The large Sunflower Vase is part of the Michael Aram Sunflower Collection which captures the radiant beauty and energy of the sunflower. It’s hard not to smile looking at sunflowers, with their ridiculously bright and happy faces. Turning towards the sun, as though to remind the rest of us to look towards the light and be forever optimistic. By interpreting sunflower forms in cast metal, Aram presents work that is evocative of a natural environment transformed and redefined.
Made entirely by hand in New Dehli using traditional metalworking techniques, no two examples ever exactly the same.
