E-Gift Cards

If you received an E-Gift Card prior to January 23, 2015, and you have a balance left to spend, you have been credited the amount as a store credit in your account on our new website. You should have received an email to the same email address that the original gift card was sent. To log into your account, you will first need to reset your password, by going to my account/reset password. Please contact Customer Service at 313-833-7922 or for further information on how to spend your store credit.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the Customer Service department at 313-833-7948. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for orders returned from Canada. Please Note:  The item returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.


Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.  Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will include product and tax amount only.  In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. We cannot accept COD returns. Personalized and other customized items are non-refundable.

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the value of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose. Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. If you do not have a street address (i.e., PO Box), please contact the Customer Service Department for assistance at 313-833-7948 or e mail us at Items in stock with are shipped within 48 hours after payment clears. You’ll be notified promptly of any delivery delays or product back orders. Please note that items ordered together may not ship together.
