Based on The New Yorker’s popular Cartoon Caption Contest comes a game of immeasurable creativity, unmatched wit, and uproarious humor…and you are responsible for, well, most of it. Featuring 200 original New Yorker cartoons, now’s your chance to be your own caption creator in this new party game! See who has the funniest, most clever or witty imagination as you compete to create the funniest caption. And don’t worry about not being funny. In a game like this, even the ‘bad’ captions are part of the fun.
Compete with your friends and family to write the funniest caption for an original cartoon from The New Yorker. The rotating judge picks the winner each round — so tailor your responses accordingly. Finally, the judge reads the original caption on the cartoon, and players discuss whose caption is better: the winner or the original!
Included are 200 cartoon cards, 300 write-in papers, 6 pencils, 1 easel and instructions. Printed on premium playing cards (thick with gloss finish).
