Fascinated by color, light, and atmosphere, impressionist Claude Monet spent decades creating a tapestry of hues and textures in the flowers and foliage that surrounded his Giverny home.
Roughly a century later, in 1985, photographer Elizabeth Murray volunteered as a gardener for Fondation Claude Monet. Murray’s firsthand knowledge of the grounds illuminates her photographs in this calendar.
This calendar has twelve monthly grids with full-color photographs by Murray. Each monthly grid has the previous and next month views and observes major public and culturally significant international holidays and lunar phases. Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday.
This calendar was printed using soy-based inks on paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
